  Our 6 month old premium LG OLED was giving an error every time the tv was turned on. Giddens tech came and looked and allowed us to continue to use the tv while he ordered the parts. The tv works great again. Almost same day service.

  100% recommended, with a huge shout out to the service technician, Vince, who was awesome and a credit to the company. In this day and age it’s nice to still be able to fix something rather than have to buy a new one. Probably saved me $700 to get my dryer diagnosed and repaired versus buying a new one. Yet another great Kamloops business!

  Super fast service! My obsolete oven control board was repaired in a few hours, and now I don't have to replace my electric range. One less appliance in the landfill! I highly recommend Giddens and they are now my appliance repair store.
