  Dishwasher quit working. The helpful woman who took my call was efficient and kind and scheduled a techsperson for the next day. Tech, whose name was Tom, arrived promptly, was polite, smart, funny and truly a pleasure to engage with. He quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue. Dishwasher working great now!

  This is the best company! Had the tech out as my dishwasher wasn't drying and he said I need a new control board which was expensive. Advised me to call Whirlpool and see if they would cover the part as the machine is less than 2 years old. I did call and they will cover this part cost which makes me very happy. The people at Gord's are friendly, professional and prompt. Could not ask for better service.

  went to purchase new dishwasher from Gord's because they offered delivery, install and removal of old dishwasher. Paid $259 for this service and slightly more than any other store for same product. The dishwasher was delivered. But the employee said he could not install it and could not remove the old one. The only thing he looked at was the water line under the sink. Said I would have to hire a plumber (there was nothing unsual about this line and it had 2 shut off valves) ANy how he left. Long storey short I had to hire a handyman to install new dish washer. I had to dispose of old one. Gord's offered me $59 back..I said no that was wrong. They should reimburse me for the $259. I only wen
