  Don't ever call Herb's Appliances. Just to walk through my door it cost me $386.00. Total Invoice was $679.98 just to fix my Gas Range, which took 30 minutes. There are other repair men out there who are just as knowledgeable and much cheaper. NEVER NEVER CALL HERB'S APPLICANCES

  Well, after 27 days of a broke down LG fridge extended warranty company and LG contacted three different contractors to order parts new repairs any phone calls and many emails spent trying to get this refrigerator repaired. Finally, LG in the warranty company contacted Herb Appliance Repair On February 17 mid afternoon Herb contacted me and assessed the fridge or did the parts. On February 24 Herbs office received the parts booked a time Herb was at my house and repaired the notorious LGR 600 a refrigerator. It was a prompt professional repair and the fridge is running perfectly. We are about to buy more groceries to fill the fridge because we’ve been living out of a cooler on our patio for

  With I could give zero stars. Frigidaire sent a warranty ticket to Herbs to fix my fridge. No one knew they were closed for the holidays so I had to wait a week. Then when the office reopened someone called to confirm my information and told me a tech would call me to book. The tech called 2 days later and again confirmed my information and told me the office would call to book the appointment. The office called me the next day to tell me they didn’t realize I lived in Clearwater yet that’s where my address is, and now informed me that they only service Clearwater every 2-3 weeks and she can’t schedule me in. I’ve now been without a fridge for 2 weeks and no one is willing to help. Definitel
