  We discovered a leak in our kitchen shortly after having new flooring put in.We live in a modular home and realized the belly bag was also filled with water. It was very stressful and we were so worried. We called Kamloops Stutters and talked to Aaron and we immediately came out to evaluate the situation. Then Mark came out and immediately got to work. He brought out 3 large fans and set them up. He also took all the wet insulation from the belly bag & placed fans under the unit. Once it was dried out they repaired the belly bag.They explained exactly which steps they would take and exactly what they would need to do each step of the way.   We recently had a leak in our roof, and Stutters handled drying out the affected areas. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Our technician, Marc, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He kept us informed throughout the process, worked efficiently, and made a stressful situation much easier!
