  6 months ago I got the strap light and the power supply (driver) exchange for my kiosk , but last week the driver stop working( died ) , I call them Wednesday they send a technician to fix the issue, he did fixed , next day the light turned off again nothing works , Call them again they send me same technician and he play with cable, lights back on . Friday morning I tune on the lights , but again it’s not working !!! So I call them like 6 times , voicemail ! …I get nothing no response. 🥴 yesterday they send me payment invoice (100$) for job undone and bad quality parts parts!!! . To be honest costumer service they are very good but repair, work and parts it’s the worse DEFINITELY not

  This company provided great service for us on this small job. The receptionist was very friendly and maintained great communication about when we could expect the workers to arrive. The electrician listened to what we wanted, made good suggestions, and she and her apprentice did the work quickly and efficiently. They made the time to finish off the job on short notice at a time that was convenient for us.

  Called February 14 to get some work done at my home (small job) and the receptionist sounded depressed and had no interest in being helpful only to say that she has no idea when they could help me out because she’s just the receptionist and has no idea where everyone is and said call back. March 23 called back and the receptionist said that her boss has not said much about my little request but to call back in in a month and a half. April 29th called again and got the same thing. I would recommend not using this company.
