  While the attending electrician solved our problem quickly and efficiently, it seems a bit unfair when companies charge customers A FULL HOUR for a task that is solved in a shorter period of time. In this case, it was even less than half an hour, but the amount charged wasn’t reduced. I understand it’s “the way of the world”, but there are small gestures that you might make in certain circumstances that keep people coming back to you. Not asking you to bankrupt your business, but an “in town vehicle charge” might be waived, or a “minor task” hourly rate might be applied. Households cost just as much to operate as small businesses, remember.

  I had them at my place to upgrade switch for Vehicle charging. They did an awesome job and charged me reasonable price. Although, I had to get the hours adjusted as first I was charged bit extra hours but they corrected it when told.

  We just had Howell Electric here today to replace two dimmer switches in our bathrooms. Despite having the original technician call in sick right before the appointment they were able to send out another electrician so that it could be done. Jerrod was very professional and did a great job. We will use them again.
