All I can say is NextGen is an awesome company!! They are quick to send out their guys and fix your problems. I have had them here twice and I got Jason both times( I asked for him the second time). He is absolutely the best electrician we have dealt with. He works fast and punctual both times. He made sure we were very happy with the service and I couldn't be happier with the results. Justin at Next Gen was absolutely amazing to work with. He was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. Honest and fair company. I called this company with an issue after hours, I agreed to the emergency charges it was going to take to resolve the issue. The tech called my tenant and diagnosed the issue over the phone with them. Instead of charging me the emergency fee, he called back and said it was dealt with and he could check back in the day when the after hours service fees wouldn't apply. I really appreciated his effort to solve this issue and how honest he was.
