  Len did my floor about 3 or 4 years ago. I live in a remote spot near Ashcroft.. off grid. He had to bring in a monster generator to run his sander. There was another major challenge with the job as it was recycled maple which had a strange coating which we ended up having to scraping off by hand. Len probably remembers this as the floor from hell, He was extremely patient and accommodating. He got the job done. The floor still looks fantastic. Len is a strong and gentle man. I would highly recommend his services. He will get the job done right and save you money with out cutting corners. He taught my wife and I how to apply the finish which saved us money and saved him another 2 tips out
