  Absolute garbage customer service, hands down the worst ive ever seen in my 25 years in the industry. Needed a specialty mortar I was unfamiliar with and instead of showing me where it was a lady just pointed at the 30ft wall of mortar and said its above the red one. Keep in mind the entire wall has products with red on them. After some awful directions and me not knowing what the hell she was reffering to I found it and turned around to them snickering and laughing at me. I then had a few questions about a couple products and instead of providing any information about the products, or which were the best fit for the application or where I could find them the lady just said "they're over th

  I've experienced awful customer service with a faulty product worth over $600 that I required for my self employment business. I ordered the product first through your business and the product was defective and I had to send the product to the US over three different times having to pay shipping costs of over $300. I was without the necessary product in my business and have felt completed neglected as a customer. I would never buy a high end electrical tool from this business because the warranty isn't covered. I would not recommend purchasing from this business unless you want to waste your time and money. They couldn't even make things right by refunding my money for a useless product. Tha

  The best place to get the product you need, always in stock. Honestly the managers of this location are amazing people that always know what product you need for your specific job. Very knowledgeable staff. 5/5
