  I highly recommend SW Squared contracting! They created a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and moved my laundry room upstairs from an idea I had in my in head. :) They worked incredibly hard and I felt they truly listened to what I wanted. Every part of the job was done on time, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they delivered. My entire job came in under the quoted amount! It’s so nice to find a team that is reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with. I’ll definitely be using them again!

  Sam and Sid are 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend :) I really appreciate how respectful they are when quoting work, and when they’re working in our house. They are mindful of the space they are working in, and also considerate of the rest of the home. I especially appreciate that they consistently under-promise and over-deliver. They have a strong work ethic, operate with integrity, and produce high-quality craftsmanship. Lastly — and this review is not exhaustive of all the positive qualities of this dynamic duo — I appreciate that their estimates are in line with the final product, as well as being forthcoming in advance of changes or challenges from the initial conversation.   SW Contacting have done a few Reno's at our house. They have brought our wishes to modernize our home to reality. Sam and Sid are very professional and a joy to work with. We highly recommend them.
