  What an amazing experience! The staff at the fireplace gallery were extremely knowledgeable and helpful finding the right fireplace for my home. Jared was awesome he came out and made sure the build was done to spec and went above and beyond to find a metal trim between the fireplace and my tile. I would highly recommend these guys !

  We asked for a quote from them and the fireplace centre. We wanted to convert our old fireplace from our new home to gas and we were ready to pay $7000 cash. The man came to check and started saying it was not up to code, he would need to tear the whole wall down and he needed to check first before accepting the job etc. to be honest, it seemed like he didn't want to do the job... We then hired The fireplace centre, they came, finished the job in one day. No problem with code, no need to cut the whole wall 🤷

  These guys are great, bough a gas fire place two years ago, and that was a great experience, from the initial contact in the show room to the install. Called in a couple of months with an issue, but I never followed up, until now. They had noted the issue, sent a technician out to fix the issue, at no charge. Was pleasantly surprised as it has been two years. Thank you so much.
