  This is the best business to use for all your fireplace needs! The staff and technicians are just a pleasure to deal with. I would like to compliment Jason, who was outstanding! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and I sincerely appreciated the time took to explain everything to me, as well clean up every single speck of dust. I would also like to compliment Mitchell for his communication with booking my appointment and providing all information about this particular fireplace. What a wonderful team this business has!

  Recently I had my old fireplace replaced. Not an easy job because the old fireplace was smaller than most of the new ones so a lot of alterations were required. With Mitch and Chris who helped with selecting an awesome fire place for me and Kyle who did an amazing job of installing it! I highly recommend the Fireplace Centre for great service, professional advice and installation!

  I cant say enough good things about the team at the Fireplace Center. Last year being a guy, I tried fixing my fireplace issue myself using 'Google and Youtube' ...lol thus I went down to their shop and got parts; they treated me really good not judging me for trying to fix it myself. This year the problem still existed of course .....so I was "TOLD" to call a repair guy. The repair guy "Jason" showed up on time, happy and upbeat. He got to work right away, quickly found the problem as it was a "Gas Leak" super simple fix, cleaned the fireplace and ensure everything was working properly before he left. He was so organized with his tools and really showed he cared about what he did. Kamloops
