They did the same thing to us!! First Con-Ex only tells us the evening before that the water will be shut off at 9am. My wife provided the messenger with feedback that this was not enough notice when you have to plan for no water for a family for a day. Second while trying to get everything done before 9am in the morning....the water gets shut off at 8:30! Third, my wife calls the office to complain, and the person she spoke with, named Scott Douglas, patronized her by offering to buy her a coffee instead of giving an appropriate, professional response or even an apology. I then called back and asked to speak with his boss, to which he responded "you don't get any higher than Scott Douglas
