  Harrison Industrial Contracting - Matt Jordan First clarification Matt Jordan has recently purchased Harrison Industrial Contracting and we recently purchased a three horse Bison Trailer from him and his wife. First: Caveat emptor Caveat emptor is Latin for "Let the buyer beware". Generally, caveat emptor is the contract law principle that controls the sale of real property after the date of closing, but may also apply to sales of other goods. We are culpable and should have returned the trailer immediately instead of trying to reach a fair discount for the repairs that would be needed to be done to make the trailer road safe! Instead we accepted "Stupidly a $2,500.00 discount." The repair
