Would NOT recommend. Management company does not disclose all correct information and are miss leading. Within a month of living here and we already understand why people didn't give good reviews. They do not take responsibility for incorrect or missleading information but simply try to pass the buck. They hire and use CML property management which is reviewed as the worst in the city with many terrible reviews and overall 1star reviews on Google and Facebook, if I had known this and it had been explained previously I would not have rented from this development company.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY or TRI CITY CANADA. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. The owner Casey Vandongen (who also owns Tri City Canada) owes my company for work we performed. He refuses to pay and does not give a reason other than saying " I just hoped that you would go away". Disgraceful !

I lived there just after around when my second was born (2015) they were professional, clean, and well maintained. The units have functional layouts and personable staff.
