  I called Giltrich Quality Mechanical to service our humidifier since we’ve been dealing with dryness in the house. Turns out the humidifier was never even hooked up and likely never worked (probably why the previous owner gave up on it). Brandon was excellent, he walked me through everything and even showed me with his volt meter why it couldn’t have worked before. He fixed the wiring, mounting, and control unit, and got everything running properly. We also had them service our furnace and AC while they were here. They explained everything clearly and confirmed that yearly servicing should keep things in good shape. Overall, unreal service from the team. Professional, honest, and thorough
