  Hegyi maintained fridges at VGS prior to me purchasing the business. I asked for a rep to come out (at huge cost due to our remote location) to provide info on our current (very old) system and provide me with info to purchase a back-up system so we are prepared in the event that it goes down. While happy to send a large invoice for the visit, I have spent over a YEAR following up as no info was ever sent whatsoever. At this point, my emails aren't even being answered. Shocking customer service, and appalling to invoice for work that was never provided. 0/10 - do not recommend.

  This company is beyond amazing. We came up to sun peaks to fix my dads sub zero fridge. We brought up the wrong refrigerant. No other company answered the phone. One of the owners picked up and I explained my story and asked if he could help us out. He showed up at the shop in 20 minutes. Hooked us up; He was so kind and friendly and understanding of the situation. Cannot thank them enough for coming out on such a beautiful day to help out a fellow hvac tech. Beyond recommend them for anything you might need b cause these guys clearly go above and beyond and love what they do. And that’s what it’s all about. So thank you again!

  Had work done by this company, not only did they not fix the problem, causing us to lose $100’s in product, but they wanted to charge us an astronomical amount just to return to the site to finish the job.
