  Thank you again KVA MECHANICAL for sending Doug Campbell out to do our yearly maintenance. Consistently going above and beyond is the norm for Doug :) Traveling to our out-of-town location is not a problem and even taking care of issues when we are out of town! Any concerns or questions we have for him he is happy to clarify. We always appreciate Doug’s high level of care and attention to detail.   Doug Campbell is the best there is, hes quick, and an extraordinarily nice plumber. They do out of town servicing and they do plumbing, electrical, anything you need! Not only did he come out of town, he installed a pressure valve for free so we only had to pay for the trip here and back, love them! Doug makes sure you're getting the best bang for your buck. Such a sweet guy. I'd highly suggest giving them a call and checking them out the next time you need something done, ask for Doug.

  Unfortunately, I found them to be dishonest, untrustworthy and did poor work. Edit in response their response: I stated that you under-quoted the work! Doug was aware, at the time of the quote, that we wanted two vanities but he still only quoted one, it was a mistake on my part for not catching it because I assumed Doug knew how to do a quote properly. "When you found out that we charged you for the vanity sink rough in that was not on the quote this is when the vendetta towards our company began." I have no particular vendetta against your company as I stated on the last line of my review, which I will quote again: "They might be a good company otherwise, but Doug isn't." Edit: found mo
