  Our Furnace needed to be replace, after a quick review of the problem a Rapid Cool technician returned with space heaters to get us through. Today they installed the new furnace which they did quickly and effeciently. New furnaces are smaller and run quieter so we are very lucky to have such a quick response to our problem. We are warm again and it is very much apreciated.

  I am extremely pleased with the way you were able to assist me when I needed it. Service person was very nice and answered all the questions I had. I will from this date forward be using Rapid Cool for all of my repair needs.

  Marc is an absolute gentleman. He is very polite and detail oriented. He carried out the service/maintenance on our Regency gas fireplace in a timely fashion. He quickly diagnosed the issue we were having and completed the repairs and adjustments. He did an excellent job of clean up once he was finished. Marc is a true professional. Thank you Marc for the awesome customer service!
