  Easy to book and schedule. Came to service our yard (e.g., fertilizer and herbicide application) for the first time but won't be having them back. It will take hundreds of dollars and many hours to undo the damage that was done. All the clover that we have been working to grow in all the places we can't get grass to grow was killed. Now approximately half of our back yard is actively dying. I expect a company for any job to consult with the client, especially on a first visit, to make sure the scope of work is properly understood prior to undertaking any work.   These guys are fantastic, we've been using them since we moved to Kamloops to help bring back my lawn to life after previous owners did 0. The treatment they use is awesome and rids dandelions and crabgrass issues I had. Customer service is above bar and techs are friendly and awesome. Customer for life here.

  In 2021 we spent a great deal of time and money re-doing our yard. By fall 2023 I regretted all of it. My wife convinced me that we should use grassroots service this summer. I just shut off the lawnmower to type this, because I have put in very little effort, and our grass is nicer than the day I laid out 3200 square feet of new turf. We purchased the 4 treatment option and I am blown away how well it has worked. 10/10 recommended.
