  I have used Look Out Landscaping for fall and spring yard cleanup and have always been happy with the work . This year I decided to hire them for snow removal services. Yesterday and today was our first major dump of snow. I could not believe it when I looked outside this morning at 5:00 a.m. and saw Lookouts crew of four efficient hard working people tackling a dump of snow that would have taken me all day to clear. I am very grateful that I did not have to call and ask when they would send someone....they were on it before my a.m. coffee was finished brewing. This made my day in more ways than one. My driveway and sidewalks are clear and ready for the contractor I have coming today!! G

  This is the WORST company, highly recommend NOT using them. I had the worker here for under an hour with cameras proving this. The employee said he would charge 1 hour for being here and shook my hand. When I got my bill, they charged me for an hour and a half visit. When I called them about it, they were extremely rude and hung up on me! When I called back to speak to the owner the woman I spoke with was very hostile. When I mentioned the cameras though, her tune changed. She said she'd look into it, called me back shortly and changed her mind. I mentioned that I'm sure I'm not the first person this has happened to. Sure wish I would have looked at their Google reviews before booking them.

  The word professional doesn't mean the same thing to me as it does to this company. What landscaping company doesn't have a grass catching bag on their lawn mower. This one doesn't, and left furrows of cut grass on the lawn. The one older lady did an awesome job weeding and cutting back branches, albeit slower than it should have taken her. The list of less than professional work as follows: - 2 people had to take the debris tarp to the dump. Why? - one girl I found did a lot of standing around watching the other two workers, and raked as slow as molasses - why would you weed whack the same area that had just been done by a co-worker? - who blows leaves off a gravel driveway when the leaves
