  No communication about service time. Was told the service would be performed and it did not. Called to see what was going on and learned that they had a delay in service times. Good thing I called you. Thanks for the heads up. Nutri-lawn you need to inform your customers about what you promise them. Leaving customers in the dark is a great way to avoid future sales. I requested a refund (e-transfer, which takes 2 minutes to complete) and had to leave a message 4 days later to remind them. Sorry to bug you about trying to get my money back. Poor customer service, poor communication, and if the service can’t be delivered in a timely manner, I can’t say that it works. Go elsewhere.

  This company is reliable. I like that they service us out here in Chase. Prices seem reasonable and haven't seemed to increase as much over the years as everything else has. Lawn looks great!

  First experience with this company. We first inquired about Grubs, and the lady who came to look was nice, informative and friendly. Ultimately let us know that it wasn't, and there wasn't anything much to to be done. That's fair. Payed for 4 visits in the spring. Gave us no indication of the schedule, but the 2nd visit only came in July which seems a little late? So the lawn care guy. Very young fellow who I can only describe as being extremely disinterested in the job. No response when I said hello, and did it so quickly that he left before I could even get to the back to remove kids toys. Not impressive. My grass at this point was suffering from a lot of yellowing spots (despite water
