  I had them blow out my sprinkler system and it broke. I have been calling them and they will not call me back or look at my system. After recieving a callback once a complaint was made they sent a service tech out and he fixed up my sprinkler system. it turned out to be awesome service

  Phoned numerous times over a period of a week and no reply. Returned call and promptly came out to address sprinkler issue.
