  Used Pronto in the past with no issues, very fair with pricing. Recently had them complete a small job to add a few sprinkler heads and relocate a couple emitters, Not a good experience, very inexperienced crew that really needed supervision and in my opinion took twice as long as required to complete the job. Office staff was completely unwilling to do anything for me as far as pricing and the final bill. Customer service at its finest, will not be using for any of my properties and will not recommend.

  We are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Pronto Enterprises. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the company over the past couple of months, they have been unresponsive. Phone calls unanswered, messages not returned and emails not replied to. To add insult to injury, Pronto Enterprises sent technicians to our house numerous times to fix our sprinkler system and were unable to diagnose the problem. As a result of this most of the visits were unsuccessful. To make matters worse, we were charged for these multiple visits without our approval, and we received no explanation as to what the issue actually was.   I do agree with the lack of communication that has been shared by other customers. For example, i called several times trying to ascertain an ETA. BUT, I can add this perspective and why I have rated 4 stars. I was rushed when technician came to winterize lines. I didn't have a chance to inform about additional emergency shut off which will cause freezing in the lines. My fault but as addressed promptly with a call back to ascertain important info & an inquiry for more info about my property. This has given me the confidence to believe this will be resolved and i will post when this has occurred.
