From our initial conversation gathering information, to helping with materials choices, to timely and efficient quotes—right through to removing existing counters, and backsplash, the process was streamlined. The installation of countertops and new tiles for the backsplash was again, efficient and quick, with beautiful craftsmanship!   A big thanks to Frank and River City. I am out of Vernon and was unable to find any matching rock samples locally for a repair job. I was heading to Kamloops for the weekend (when River City is closed) and Frank made arrangement for me to get a sample to take back to Vernon for an on site comparison. I then returned the sample a couple of weekends later. I am so appreciative that Frank was willing to go the extra mile. THANK YOU!
