  As anyone who has built a house knows, there are a lot of very important decisions to be made. Design, colours, products, contractors, the list goes on and on. One of the best decisions we made was to use Sirocco Landscapes to design and build our landscaping. It included xeriscaping, retaining walls, paving stones, irrigation, a pergola, front and rear decking, fencing, lighting and a fire bowl feature. Although our property isn't a huge one, the project presented a number of challenges because of the house design and natural grades.   Nightmare! This company are committing robbery. They run/own Sprinkler Guy kamloops (local sprinkler company). Their communication with their techs and customers is horrific. Total time spent on the job was about 3 hours. Two thousand dollar bill without warning (quote). Charged me for fittings that were not needed and then took them back. Charged for each visit (8 visits-most to look at the line for about 5 minutes but each visit around $100) when it could have been done in one visit. Took over one month to fix a small crack on sprinkler main line. Do not recommend! Stay away for your own good, you have been warned.

  We have dealt with Sirocco for over 5 years. They did a huge project for us in creating a backyard and re-did our front yard. We have continued to use them for maintenance and lawn care and are more than happy with the service we get. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any landscaping projects or weekly maintenance.
