  Grateful for all the work Mr. Rooter did. I'm not great at keeping up with regular maintenance so when I found a pipe had eroded in my basement from the upstairs bathroom, I knew I needed to call someone. When they arrived they did a full inspection and found a number of other small issues. Water shutoffs that had seized, drains that weren't to code and interestingly I had trouble with. I also new my hot water tank was 11 years old so got a quote. At the end of the day they fixed the major issue, replaced the hot water tank, and did all the drain fixes and replaced taps plus offered a service plan so now hopefully we will catch anything in the future before it's an issue.   We bought an old fixer upper homestead north of the city last year and have been slowly doing renovations. I had concerns that the septic system and basement floor drains were not funtioning properly. I contacted Kalen to set up an appointment to come scope the system to confirm location of the sewer lines in slab, where it exited the home, were the sewer line connected to septic system, and the current condition overall. Tyler and Travis were dispatched to attend. To my suprise, they showed up ahead of schedule! Both technicians were very polite and professional and got right to work.
