  The butterfly effect hit our home this summer when a bathtub soap dish ripping out of the wall ultimately led to the removal of some 1970s era drywall with mud containing 5% asbestos and 3 rooms of original linoleum flooring with 70% asbestos backing. If we didn't want to renovate we could have left it as is, but we weren't going anywhere due to COVID so, "no time like the present." Did my homework about getting samples tested by a qualified lab (that had its own moderately hefty price tag), and then the steps to find a qualified contractor to remove the material I just didn't want to personally deal with removing.   After moving some lighting and removing some cupboards in our kitchen reno we needed our textured ceiling touched up in a few places. Ty did a great job matching the new texture with the old. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
