  Specialty Roofing supplied & installed new roofing system on our 4 unit strata complex in 2011 with a 10 year warranty on labour & material; as the expiration date approached I started leaving messages in the spring leading up to the expiration date in August 2021, requesting an assessment prior to warranty expiration. I spoke with owner, Red on at least 3 occasions, he promised to come by prior to the warranty expiring but then in August he said it was too hot, promised he'd come in the fall, he never did; I contacted him again this spring but he has yet to come by. We're not expecting free work, we just wanted him to assess the roof, based on a honour system, does anything need to be repai
